Did you know that April 7th is World Health Day?
It’s a date created by the World Health Organization (WHO) to highlight the importance of health and well-being for everyone, everywhere. And while we often think of health in terms of doctor’s appointments or exercise routines, true health is about so much more — including rest, balance, boundaries, and small daily choices.
So today, I wanted to bring you something simple but meaningful: a little nudge to care for you. 💛
I know it might sound a little silly that we need a piece of paper to take better care of our health — but trust me, sometimes that little reminder makes all the difference. Life gets busy, our minds get cluttered, and having a simple checklist can help bring a bit of structure, intention, and self-awareness into our daily routine.
Why a Self-Care Checklist Can Make a Difference
It may seem like a small thing, but a self-care checklist can help a lot.
It gives you a gentle way to stay mindful of your needs, encourages small healthy habits, and makes it easier to notice what’s missing when life gets hectic.
Personally, I find that writing things down helps me stay focused and intentional — and I know many others feel the same. This checklist is a tool to support that: a calm, visual reminder that you matter.
